Born in Washington and raised in sunny California, Josephine has called Seattle home for 20+ years. Her creative journey reflects her vast appetite for artistic exploration, successfully wearing many hats from artist & designer to trend forecaster, creative director & VP— creating art herself, for other companies, and leading talented creative teams.

The seed for her card passion was planted early—working for a rubber stamp company during college where she created handmade cards regularly by day and taught classes to customers by night. Regularly having a creative side hustle – from creating hundreds of rubber stamp designs to adorn cards to designing wedding invitations to making & selling hand-made Christmas cards – this medium has always captivated her.

This passion for cards led her to Kansas City, MO to work for Hallmark, designing for their stationery & gift wrap products (and creating some top-sellers that stayed on their shelves for years after her time there).

Loving art & color, she spent a decade at Nordstrom creating artwork for textiles alongside color & pattern trend forecasting for multiple labels. This experience taught her to flex her artistic hand to meet the needs of various brands. A now signature to her artistic aesthetic.

Now, after two decades building other companies' dreams, she's decided to build her own.

As both a right & left-brained creative—equally visionary & strategist—she's thrilled to wear multiple hats while building something meaningful from the ground up.
