Ordering, Payment & Minimums

We're excited to partner with you! To get started, we have the following order requirements:

  • Opening order minimum: $150  |  Reorder minimum: $100
  • Payment is due at time of order and can be made through various convenient payment methods
  • You'll be responsible for shipping and handling costs
  • Orders can be placed online through this website or via our Faire shop for your convenience

Shipping & Fulfillment

All orders are made-to-order and ship within 5-7 business days. To ensure your products arrive in optimal condition, Greeting Cards and Double Sided Flat Wrap will be shipped in separate boxes due to their different sizes.

Greeting Cards: We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail flat-rate, typically in small or medium boxes depending on your order size.

Double Sided Flat Wrap: Domestic orders ship via USPS Ground or 2-day service. You'll have shipping speed options available at checkout.

Need your order faster? Just let us know your desired timeframe and we'll do our best to accommodate you! Please note that expedited shipping costs will be added to your order. While we work hard to meet all delivery expectations, we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Thoughtful Packaging

Greeting Cards arrive ready for your customers with coordinating envelopes nestled inside and banded together with paper according to your MOQ per design. Our standard eco-friendly approach includes no cello sleeves, though eco-cello sleeves are available upon request—just reach out to us!

Double Sided Flat Wrap is carefully collated by design, rolled together, and placed in a protective plastic bag before being shipped in our signature triangle box for maximum protection during transit. 

To maintain the integrity and brand experience of our products, all items must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.

Wholesale Account Setup

Ready to join our wholesale community? Simply complete our Wholesale Account Application on this website. Once we've reviewed and approved your application, we'll send you a personalized login code to access wholesale pricing and place orders.

You can also find us on Faire for easy ordering! As a small business, ordering directly from us instead of through Faire really makes a big difference because of the percentage that Faire takes from our sales. However, Faire also offers some really great perks for you that are worth checking out to see if they meet your needs.

Online Commerce Guidelines

We love seeing our products in your online stores! When listing our items online, please:

  • Credit "O.O.M.F. Creative" on all product listings
  • Contact us for official marketing photos and product descriptions to ensure consistent brand representation
  • Tag us @oomfcreative on Instagram when featuring our products on social media

To protect our brand and your retail relationship with us, we ask that you:

  • Refrain from reselling our products on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, Amazon, and eBay
  • Avoid listing our products on wholesale platforms
  • Reach out to us if you have questions about appropriate sales channels

Violation of these guidelines may result in account suspension, but we're always happy to discuss any questions you might have!

Returns, Cancellations & Damaged Shipments

Cancellations: Since we begin crafting your order almost immediately to ensure quick turnaround, all sales are final. However, we understand that changes sometimes need to happen! If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it—we'll do our best to catch it before production begins.

Damaged Shipments: While we take great care in packaging, shipping mishaps can occasionally occur. If you receive damaged goods, please report the issue to both us and the carrier within 10 business days to initiate a claim. Please save all packaging materials for carrier inspection. Geographic Sales Territory We currently sell exclusively within the United States. As our business grows, we may expand to international markets in the future.

Payment Information Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods as indicated by the payment icons in our website footer. As a growing business, we currently operate on an immediate payment basis rather than offering extended payment terms at this time.

Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all delivery commitments, occasionally circumstances beyond our control may impact our ability to fulfill orders as scheduled. These may include but are not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, government regulations, or other unforeseeable events. In such cases, we will communicate with you promptly about any delays and work together to find the best solution.

Our commitment to plastic-free packaging (such as not using cello sleeves on greeting cards) helps us maintain more reliable supply chains and avoid potential disruptions from tariff changes or material shortages that can affect traditional packaging components.

These wholesale terms are effective as of June 2025 and may be updated as our business grows. We'll notify all wholesale partners of any significant changes.
