Shipping
This shipping policy applies to customers and not our wholesale customers. If you are a wholesale customer, please see our Wholesale Terms and Conditions page for information specific to your business.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- (Wholesale orders are typically processed within 4-7 business days)
- Processing time does not include shipping time
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
Shipping Methods & Time Frames
We currently only ship within the USA. If you are outside of the USA and interested in shopping with us, please contact us as we would like to consider this in our future should there be interest.
- Greeting cards are shipped in a sturdy mailer.
- Double Sided Flat Wrap (our Gift Wrap) are shipped separate from Greeting Cards. They come rolled together, placed in a plastic bag to protect them from the elements, and shipped in a triangle-shaped box for added protection.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Order weight and dimensions
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
- Greeting Cards and Double Sided Flat Wrap are shipped separately due to their size and shape.
Order Tracking
- Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships
- You can track your package using the provided tracking number
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to the USA only
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited shipping methods
Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order
Delivery Issues
- Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days
- Damaged Items: Report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos
- Delayed Shipments: Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame
Holiday Shipping
- During peak seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended
- Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website
- We recommend placing orders early during busy seasons
