Our Made-to-Order Process

We're passionate about creating your products fresh just for you! Because we begin crafting your order almost immediately after you place it, all sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled. This made-to-order approach ensures you have access to new designs more regularly and enables you to participate with us in an eco-alternative with reduced waste, but it also means we're unable to accommodate changes once production begins.

Quality Guarantee

We take great pride in our products and want you to love everything you receive. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you notice any issues such as the following:

Damages & Defects
  • If you receive an item that is:
  • Defective or damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)
  • Missing from your order

Please contact us right away so we can evaluate the situation and make it right. We will work with you to resolve any issues.

Shipping Damage Claims

If your items arrive damaged due to shipping:

  1. Contact us immediately
  2. Also report the damage to the shipping carrier within 10 business days
  3. Save all packaging materials for carrier inspection
  4. Once approved, we’ll work together to get you replacement items as quickly as possible
  5. Approved refunds are automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  6. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't seen it reflected in your account, please reach out to us and we'll look into your case further.
